BD Plast at PLAST 2026: new solutions for increasingly efficient, reliable and integrated filtration
PLAST 2026 has come to a close. The international event dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry brought together companies, professionals and operators from across the entire supply chain at Fiera Milano Rho from 9 to 12 June.
For BD Plast Filtering Systems, the exhibition was an important opportunity to meet and exchange with customers, partners and industry professionals, as well as the occasion to present some of the latest developments in its polymer filtration offering.
Over the four days of the exhibition, the BD Plast team welcomed visitors and operators at its stand, sharing solutions designed to improve production continuity, reduce plant downtime and increase the efficiency of processing lines.
Among the main innovations presented at PLAST 2026 was the new BDGS filter for calendering lines. This solution was developed to meet the needs of complex, high-performance plants, where process stability, material cleanliness and production consistency are key factors. The new filter is inspectable and designed to simplify plant control, maintenance and management activities.
Also in the spotlight were the patented CleanChanger screen changers, one of BD Plast’s distinctive technologies. These self-cleaning systems are designed to ensure process continuity, filtered material quality and operational reliability, reducing production interruptions to a minimum.
Alongside CleanChanger, BD Plast also presented BDO X2, an evolution of the company’s offering designed for plants requiring high performance and greater efficiency in process management.
“PLAST Milano is much more than a trade fair for us: it is the moment when we bring to the field what we have been working on over the past year. The solutions we are presenting, from the new filter to CleanChanger and BDO X2, stem from direct listening to our customers and from the desire to respond to real problems with concrete engineering. We are a niche company with an international vocation, and a trade fair like this is the right place to say so,” said Dino Boicelli, Corporate Manager of BD Plast Filtering Systems.
Direct dialogue with the market once again confirms its central role in the company’s development path. It is by listening to production needs, application challenges and the evolution of industrial processes that increasingly targeted, efficient and integrated solutions take shape.
