BDC and BDCLD Static Filters

High-performance filtration for highly efficient extrusion lines

The BDC and BDCLD filters are designed for blown and cast film extrusion lines requiring high filtration levels.
Single and multi-cartridge BDC systems (3, 7, 12) are suitable for filtration up to 40 microns.
Filter elements can be flat or pleated, multiplying the filtering area up to four times.
BDCLD systems achieve filtration up to 3 microns with “leaf disc” elements made of sintered fibers.
All elements are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, compatible with corrosive materials.
